N7 Armor - Priming and Sealing Process #2

While this isn't a true tutorial, I wanted to go ahead and put together a post relating to how I went about sealing, priming, and painting my armor.  Throughout the whole armor build, it'll be a lot of wash, rinse, repeat of this, so I thought I'd just show the basic process in one go.  This is part two of that whole process.
